• What’s my earning potential?

  Every speaker’s earning potential differs. Depending on the sponsoring organization and what type of event you will be speaking for, a fee can range from $2,500 to $100,000 and up (per engagement).
  
  

• How do I sign up?

  If you would like to become a member of Chatter Box, click on Speaker Registration. Choose the level you would like to sign up for and fill out the form provided. After the information has been received by a Chatter Box representative, you will be contacted. If approved, you will be added to the Chatter Box database.
  
  

• What is the cost?

  There are 3 levels for Speaker Registration.

  • Basic – Free
  • Gold – $199 (register now and receive our special fee of $99)
  • Platinum - $499 (register now and receive our special fee of $299)

• How will I know if someone wants to book me?

  If an organization is interested in sponsoring you for their event, a Chatter Box representative will contact you with details of the event and an estimated honorarium. If you accept the job, a contract will be executed and all travel arrangements and hotel accommodations will be handled by Chatter Box.
  
  

• Do you provide promotional material?

  Yes, depending on your registration level Chatter Box provides media kits, business cards, press releases, flyers, and other customized promotional material.

• How do I select a speaker?

  If you are looking for a speaker or workshop facilitator, click on Request Speaker and fill out the form provided. A Chatter Box representative will contact you to further discuss the details of your event.

• Are all speakers listed on website?

  None of our speakers are listed on the website. Once you click on Request Speaker, you will fill out the form and a Chatter Box representative will contact you regarding the members that closely resemble what you are looking for.

• How much do speakers charge?

  The speaker’s fee varies depending on the speaker and the details of the event they will be speaking for.

• Do I have to pay a booking fee for Chatter Box services?

  No, Chatter Box does not charge a fee to our client for our research and advice service. We are compensated by the speaker, not the clients, and only for the engagements we secure for them.

• What happens after I select a speaker?

  A Chatter Box representative will contact you in regards to your speaker selection. After all details have been confirmed and terms agreed upon, a contract will be executed.
  
  

• Do I have to arrange travel?

  No. Chatter Box will arrange all travel and hotel accommodations.
  
  

• What if my speaker cancels?

  If a speaker cancels, Chatter Box will replace the speaker as soon as possible with another candidate that matches the qualifications that you have requested.
